Work Inspection for Provisional Hand Over Construction of Student Dormitory Flats of Polkesyo

5 June 2023 - A Job Inspection was held as the Provisional Hand Over (PHO) for the Construction of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Health Polytechnic Student Dormitory Flats. Provisional Hand Over (PHO) or Temporary Handover of Work is an activity of handing over all the works that were carried out officially from the service provider to the work director after being examined in advance.

Present for the occasion were the Head of the Implementation Section for Region 2, Balai P2P Jawa III, Director of PT. Razasa Karya, Director of PT. New Arss KSO PT. Tri Patra Consultant, Director of the Health Polytechnic of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Health, Ir. Albertus Edwin Mahendra Purnamaputra, ST., MPM. (Chairman of Field Directors), Danang Widhanarto, ST. (Secretary of Field Directors), Muhammad Syafril Adityawan, ST. (Member of Field Directors), Heri Purwanto, SE. (Member of Field Directors), and PPK Staff for Flats and Special Houses.

The Yogyakarta Ministry of Health Poltekkes Dormitory Flat is a development grant from the PUPR Ministry. Details of the construction are as follows.

a. Land ownership : Ministry of Health (status : land plot)

b. Land area : 6,500 m2

c. Building area: 3,687 m2

d. Capacity: 84 standard rooms and 2 disabled rooms, for 340 students (adds 23.57% of dormitory capacity)

e. Design and Typology: Type 24-Long, 4 Floors

f. Facilities: 340 study desks, 340 study chairs, 168 units of 4-door cabinets, 2 units of 1-door cabinets, 168 units of bunk beds, and 4 units of single beds

g. Status and Maintenance of the Building: For grants for 1 year, and in the following year the grant will be fully owned by the Yogyakarta Ministry of Health Polytechnic

The Dormitory Flats are intended for students of Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta, and consist of 4 floors. The 1st floor consists of 20 units, while the upper three floors would have 22 units each.
